Kathryn’s classes vary each week. Her style of yoga builds strength and flexibility, flowing from asana( pose) to asana, moving with the breath.
Students are encouraged to have a strong practice, whilst listening to their body, being strong and gentle simultaneously.
Kathryn holds the class with warmth, acceptance, joy, and love.
