Hello! I moved to Cornwall 20 years ago and decided to ditch the gym, connecting to wonderful Cornwall by coastal running and keeping toned through practicing yoga. Little did I know that yoga was much more than being toned and flexible. The more I went to class the more I gained. I felt so full of life and appreciation that I felt I must pass this on. After 3 years of dedicated practice I began my teacher training journey with the inspiring world renowned Anusara teacher Bridget Krama-Woods, gaining Yoga Alliance certification. Bridget was and is an inspiration – an amazing teacher full of immense knowledge, encouraging teaching with an open heart, joy, and compassion. I am dedicated to encompassing these qualities in my classes and offerings.
When I became a mother I felt a deep connection to mothers and wanted to nurture new mums, so I embarked on mother and baby yoga training with Uma Dinsmore-Tuli. These classes are a joy and privilege to teach, bonding with baby and other mums, caring, sharing and lots of singing.
The other loves of my life are my two glorious children and sea swimming. Motherhood is a constant lesson and I feel blessed to experience such unconditional loving.

I started cold water sea swimming during lockdown and never stopped. It is one of the best things I have embarked on, connecting to women from all backgrounds, boosting and inspiring each other, the knowing smile whilst in the sea… knowing we are feeling alive, present, and grateful. The immence connection to nature is addictive, it’s the best!! I would like to share this passion within my retreats and although it will be optional, I hope I can inspire others to give it a try.
Namaste, Kathryn x
